Trip to Kalmar and Öland in southeastern Sweden:

Öland's history of wind mills and standing stones is seen all mixed up here on this picture.

In Kalmar Swedish history is strong !

East of Växjö you will find Glasriket. Artisans prepare their products sometimes while there is an audience.
Prices are high and there is art in the air.

Heading for Kalmar I stopped in Nybro. It was a sunny afternoon and I found the flowers by the channel very beautiful.

A fragmentaric intrduction to the SouthWest:

We had enough horsepower to travel from flat through hilly and up !
