The light through the bottles make for a sight for sore eyes, beautiful.

Talisker is listed as the only working distillery on Isle of Sky but the website http://www.scotchwhisky.net/distilleries/talisker.htm says that the malting building was knocked down in 1972: No longer operational, traditional maltings knocked down.

But the same site says that Talisker is active and producing 1.9 mio liters of whisky at pr. year so I am confused!!! They have good water, I am sure. But how do they turn it into whisky:-)

There must be a lot of casks or other things containing water and malt and yeast.
