Domestic plant.

In a house in Vejby I came across this lovely plant.

I don't know the name of this plant.

It is a desert plant, it can survive for days on very little water, but of course like any plant it will die if there is no water at all.

I have seen this beautiful plant on the border of gardens marked with a low stone wall when I walked in a green valley in Mid-Brazil together with my son (Axel).

It may be related to "mother's tongue", or "mother-in-law's sharp tongue", a name often used on plants with sharp edges. (Why then?)

However this plant does not have sharp edges and if it tasted well I guess animals would eat it so fast that there would be none left.
