I can see a barber-shop sign on the corner: the bowl with a curbed cut for holding it close to your throat when you are about to be soaked with soap-foam before getting shaved.
Yes there is a barber-shop on the corner. What is important though is that it is a half-timbered house, of which there no longer are that many. Is it "Solvang" in California that is typical Danish and full of half-timbered houses ?
